Tanja Kern Consulting

Tanja Kern is a development economist (Diploma) and political scientist (M.A.). She is a qualified organisational development consultant (Denkmodell) and evaluator (FEEZ). Tanja has more than 15 years experience as leader, manager and program specialist in international development. In her role as Regional Director she led an international, diverse team and successfully implemented the organisations` vision and mission in the volatile Eastern Mediterranean region (North Africa, Middle East, West Asia). Tanja worked with Governments, local and international Civil Society Actors to improve policies and practices and build local capacities. Her sector experience includes health, education, livelihood, community based inclusive development and disaster risk reduction/ emergency response.
